Joyce Robertson's Story

I have worked in the Information Technology Industry for over twenty-five years. I originally started as a secretary to an IT Helpdesk, further progressing to Desktop Support, Server Support through to Infrastructure Production.

I’m now supporting security technologies that are used to patch, protect, identify systems as well as identify management privileged access. My manager suggested the Firebrand CISSP course after attending it himself. Our company treat training as an important part of our development.
